Our final stop on our trans-Canada tour was Huntsville, famed for hosting the last G8 conference it is also home to one of my Mum’s friends who had kindly invited us to stay. It was lovely to end our Canadian experience staying in a real Canadian family home, visiting a cottage, the likes of which we had heard so much about during the last two years and getting to see some of Ontario’s mighty lakes.
